Ali’i Kai Resort is located in Princeville, a resort community on the north shore of Kauai and about 30 miles from the island’s airport.
There are other accommodations available with a similar name in the Princeville area. But you’ll only book one of Ali’i Kai Resort’s premium condos if you book directly with us. Please don’t confuse us with other condos with a similar name – as you will be disappointed!
An Ali’i Kai Resort premium condo is just that – premium. While there are other accommodations with a similar name in Princeville, only an Ali’i Kai Resort premium condo includes:
- Luxury furnishings and fixtures;
- Gourmet kitchens with granite countertops;
- Travertine marble flooring;
- Wireless Wi-fi;
- Washer/dryers with detergent supplied;
- Flat-screen TVs; and
- Full, luxury bathrooms with spa showers.
All our premium condos have ceiling fans, privacy shades, quality linens, hairdryer, Blu-Ray DVD player, and toiletries. There’s comfortable patio furniture so you can enjoy your private lanai. We’ve even included a cooler and beach towels so you can enjoy the local beaches during your stay.
If your condo does not include this, please check that it is an Ali’i Kai Resort premium condo.

The vacation ownership available at Ali’i Kai Resort is deeded fractional ownership in perpetuity. Flexibility, which allows owners to use any condominium at any time, is subject to advance reservations.

Directions: Ali’i Kai resort is located 30 miles from the Lihue Airport. From the Lihue Airport, travel 30 miles north on route 56 to Princeville. Turn right into Princeville at the security gate entrance. Follow the road past the fountain for one mile to Pepelani Loop. Turn right on Pepelani Loop. Follow Pepelani Loop to Kaui Road to Edward Road. Turn right on Edward Road, then turn left into Ali’i Kai Resort. The Ali’i Kai office is on the right.
Yes, all our condos have a washer/dryer. We also supply the detergent so you can spend all your vacation time on vacation – and not doing the laundry!
Join us every Sunday morning at the poolside pavilion for our Island Orientation and complimentary breakfast. Capt. Jon and the team will run through everything taking place at the resort such as our scuba diving experience, yoga session, ukelele and lei-making lessons.
The team will also introduce you to all that is happening on Kauai during your vacation, the best bars and restaurants, hiking trails, farmers’ markets, island tours, the arts, boat trips, luau and much more.
